October 9 at Noon – The Designed Landscape of the Mississippi River

Meet us in front of Coffman Union for a discussion of the designed landscape of the Mississippi River as it relates to the University and the city.

Why does the river look the way it does, and how much is “natural”?  How much is the river and the campus likely to change? How does the city and the campus connect to the river, and how has that changed?

Come with questions!

For more information and to RSVP if you’d like, send a message to the River Life Program

Students, staff, faculty, and friends all welcome!
